Clearance

Every verified and fully paid apparel order will undergo internal validation, stock arrangement and protective packaging within 1 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays observed in New Zealand. During peak shopping seasons or periods of elevated order volume, standard processing timelines may be slightly prolonged. We will reach out to customers directly to notify them of any material delays that may impact scheduled dispatch.

Logistics fees are calculated dynamically for each individual order based on package dimensions, total weight and final delivery location. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed and confirmed during the checkout process prior to order completion. Our standard shipping service for all apparel goods requires approximately 15 business days for delivery after warehouse dispatch. All delivery windows are non-binding estimates and may fluctuate due to courier logistical disruptions, international customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, regional transport limitations and public holiday schedules across global regions.
